Seldom seen but presence felt
Pulling the strings of a hollow marionette
Some of us are so caught up in self
We forget who's really in charge
But you don't fool me
Thought cleverness could outfox fate
In a quest for a new world order
You made an unfortunate mistake
You should have stayed in a child's place.

I gave power
And they abused
I delievered clarity
And they're still confused
I supplied the answer to world peace
Yet the senseless bloodshed never ceases.

I'm horrified at the arrogance
The lack of gratitude you show thee
Yet you laugh at the meek
They shall inherit the earth
I can't help but mock with glee
As your souls are auctioned off
For a mere penny
