Liquid Silver

She struck down adolescence
Just to prove she could
Her power irresistable,
She fought only for good

And as she smiled, she shone like liquid silver
Her smile, resonating glow
I kiss her when she’s with me
Dream about her when she goes

Virtues were her exercises
And morals were her fun
She practiced truth and fundamentals
Her days were never done

Her lipstick colored eyes
And her cherry flavoured skin
Made it no surprise she’s named
Georgia’s sweetest sin

Educated in etiquette
Blissfully ignorant of lies
Georgia’s sweetest sin,
It’s no surprise

She shone like
Liquid silver
Hard to believe
She shone like liquid silver
And she was loving me

There’s a run in her tights
And a knot in her hair
She looks me straight in the eyes,
Chuckles, “I don’t care”

Her passion is overwhelming
But her heart is fair
Even the sun is sighing as it glistens
On her virgin silver hair

She shone like liquid silver,
We forgot about time
She shone like liquid silver
And she was mine

Got to love a love poem...

A gorgeous way of expression...
