Why so angry ?
It really doesn't matter why you are angry. What matters is that your Higher Power ( how ever and who ever you think that is ) still loves you. I have come to an understanding when thinking the very same thoughts you expressed here' Why is there murder,death,rape and terror." The answer I found was that God is aware of all things that happen but not responsible for them. Mankind chose to be an indepenant soul from the very begining of the human race. God loved mankind so much that he allowed it. Over the centuries "we" not "God" has made the world we live in. We are a very broken lot. If God fixed everything right away there would be no place for Faith. If God planned and directed our every lives there would be no place for Love. It is we who are to blame for what is going on around us not God. To answer your question about His Plan and if He has one the answer is YES. If you don't believe any of this and go on your way cursing God and His son Jesus and you are right then when you die no big deal. BUT consider the consequences if you are wrong .....

I personally think the whole Haiti situation is simply an act of God. The country has been plagued with witchdoctors and practitioners of voodoo since its start. God will pull his own people out of the rubble, this I know.
