Schoolboys' Dream

Scantily clad
Impossibly mad
She lit our conservative streets
Frowned upon
And disowned
She refused to accept defeat

Generously apportioned
Properly proportioned
She was bright, scrubbed clean
Laughing, talking
Smiling, walking
Made us wish we were eighteen

Un-initiated
In-activated
We salivated after her
Mid-summer
Kid’s slumber
She was in a different sphere

Beautiful..

beautifully wistful!
I like the meter in this one too.

Recollections

Thanks Debs,

We have memories of various stages of our life, some good some bad.

It's nice to recall the good ones, savor and smile.

Thanks Mimi. I agree typing can result in typos. In some of these lie Freudian slips, that most often point to the truth.

Peace,

Dolan
