The cactus flower is sometimes so minute that it is often not seen and, as such many cannot appreciate its exquisiteness. I’m glad you noticed this piece. Thank you for commenting on Luminous Eyes and Pleasure and Pain. I’m sorry you have had occasion to identify with the girl in Luminous Eyes, but all things pass and I know that joy and contentment awaits you. It’s only when we have experienced pain that we can appreciate the many pleasures life offers.

I’ve just read your poems and note the rosary of sadness that brush them and sometimes permeate them. I hope one day you’ll write something that will be a shout of joy unbounded, and I am sure that one day that poem will come and I'll have the pleasure of reading it
