The stars are shining. The sky is falling.
I am on my toes and my heart is pounding.

I see you and I know what to say
but for some strange reason,
to you,
I cannot make my way.

Frozen still and breathless, I look to your direction.
I am nothing but amazed because all I am staring at is perfection.

I catch a glimpse of those beautiful sparkling eyes of anime.
I should have just moved forward regardless of my minds disarray.

Perhaps another time. Perhaps another place.
Maybe I will get my chance on another day of cosplay.
