The Show Goes On

When I shuffle off this mortal coil
It will be like knocking down a wall
Built in brick of disappointment and hate
Smashing forever stone set by fate

When I pass to the other side
There will be a red door open wide
I shall smile and walk right through
Gladly move on to somewhere new

Whenever the time comes when I must go
It will be such relief to end this show
For now it seems I must draw breath
But in order to live I welcome death
