Beauty... as she walks!
I see traces of beauty outside my door.
They come in different forms,
Varied sizes and different colours.
I see them walk near and far,
With some purposes inside their minds
Upon their sleeves, they carry:
a smile, sublime; a heart divine!
They fervently radiate an ember,
Which sparkles everywhere,
Creating a chain or a string,
That goes out to those who stare,
From the innermost goodwill
That is reflected upon their links!
Attracting attentive faces,
While setting eyes on fire
Toward the general virtue
In all facets of life
Melting hatred, averting indifferences
And human selfish heart desires!
They spread their scent
As drying herbs,
Which grows stronger
At the strike of winds,
It smells so fresh, smells so pure,
Which often brings a dose of cure!
It's the pretty faces for inward eyes
Fashioning impressions beyond my sight
They go surpassing the many miles,
Far across the avenue
Along the highways of people's lives
Where they never cease to continue!
I love this beauty,
Oh, I honor it too,
She needs not much obsession
To keep it true
A beauty that transcends these very eyes
While quietly captures this heart of mine!

Beauty As She Walks-
I love what this piece represents clairejane, beauty and a nonpareil love for mankind. I like the idea of a link or chain threading its way to others and of beauty transcending. A well thought through piece of poetry that says so much.
Take care,
DEbs
hi dEbS!
THanks for your comments... I feel good having them. I am always fascinated by these people who, out of their anonymity still do good to others... without expecting anything in return. They really are contagious. I am glad THEY are many!
People, who really make me believe in the BEAUTY of HUMANKIND!
Thanks always for your encouragement and kind words!
SOME OF THEM I just met recently!
God Bless!
