Don’t mind the words
Just see what they mean
For these were the words of a boy
Who once was just fourteen!

War begins at heart as Buddhism denotes
It could trigger in class, or even during sports
When your left cheek is slapped, turn over to your right
Is what Christianity preached to avoid every fight!

On this topic I am not sure what Hinduism speaks
Or the ruling of war in the philosophy of the Greeks
But one thing I am sure, a matter beyond doubt
No issue could be solved by means of a bout

Patience and humbleness, today a thing we lack
Looking for it is in the likes of a needle in a haystack
We trod earth in ignorance, with no means of light
A place where it’s not easy to the things that’s right!

Sadly this tune today the world is madly playing
With leaders who do not, the things that they’ve been saying
Peace could only be grown through removing weeds of hate,
To review our actions though, it’s still never too late

Finally it’s sad to say” our hearts have trapped the dove….
Who until now had been spreading the sweet message of love!!!
