The rivers within us
Flow as one
Through kindred veins
Our feelings run
Embroidered
With a sacred passion
That circulates
The numbest ashen
When miles apart
I feel you near
Still with your presence
Breathing here
If we are
Enjoined at heart
I wish this love
Would never part
When tender sun
Awakes your skin
I too-
Can sense I'm taking in
And when the cold
Injects your soul
I too can sense
The wrath, that stole
Since you are
Conjoined with me
Then let this love
Run to the sea
Enriching-
With a solemn oath
In rivers
That connect us both

I believe the flow of love between bodies of blood and veins and warmth, etc. are similar to the earth's flow of rivers, lakes and tributaries as well. Well written. good rythm. d.r.
