The Lighthouse: In Search Of Thee

Beneath the thunder's boisterous hail, amidst the drumming night
With whipping winds that thrust the sails, beleaguered to it's might
I longed, the sturdiness of faith, to quell my pounding heart
I longed, the mercy of the great, to make the anguish part
Marauding waves, so loudly raved and bashed against the ship
My calls that braved; To Come And Save, had through the darkness slipped
And in that moment, i began to praise HIM in the storm
For years so dormant, i had never hunted for his form
On the deckings of the ship, beneath the lightning's fray
I grasped the lord for all the times, i did not kneel to pray
For every time i'd looked away, so brazen and naive
And all the years in olden day, i doubted to believe
With eyes still closed... i felt the easing of the stinging rain
Their daggers froze, no longer were they stabbing me in pain
My eyes arose... to find the lighthouse beaming through my soul
An efferverscent contouring, that soothes my body whole

Again from the mobile?
