Aurora Fields
With speculance.. beholds the eyes
As lucent sky unyields
An excellence.. as beauty lies
Out-stretched upon the fields.
Aurora dabs her magic dust
Upon the sleeping plains
As Nightingales, sing with the gust
Atop their sugar cains.
She spreads across
The pallid ground
Like brilliant rings of Saturn
Tingeing -
Darkened blades abound
Suffusing them with pattern
Colors ranging parallel,
Like ringlets on the water-
Wave-lengths traveling,
Set assail....
Like boy, who steals a daughter.
Sitting out beneath the elm,
Where fervent dreams reside -
Watching as she steers her helm,
Across the countryside.

Bootiful!
A beautiful write Bryce with glorious images. Iv'e seen the Aurora (Northern lights) over the Swedish skies, spiritual and powerful in equal measure!. I can hear this one as a song, and Love the first two lines especially!
