Blooming
Can I know more glory?
I am balancing on a few unknown seconds
You left me trembling in your eyes,
Talking through my questions with the heart.
The rain comes heavy on the hollow ceiling
For tonight I am going all the way in
Where you protect all of your deeper tragedies
And I know it will hurt most when the sun breaks-
And I know the pain.
My eyes stay closed while I’m inside you
Like some portrait of sorrow mixed with pleasure
The heart beats for our biggest fears
Because we both know we are only burning.
But still, your love never stopped.
You knew the void well.
The outcome was taking all of these physical moments away
With me caught watching it all;
Like the way the love unfurls quickly in silence with the roses
Prevailing-
Even while the stowed away emptiness
Lingers around the beauty.

A Spiritual Exercise
Dear BritishKid16,
Sometimes your poetry is like a mosaic window, little colored pieces pulling together with the light.
This poem reminds me of a dream ... all the images and feelings ... that scatter ... like sun moving through a mosaic window.
I felt the light in this poem. I sensed that you were attempting to enter the Spirit of another.
Although one could translate your words into a sexual union, I didn't feel that. I felt a spiritual connection.
I don't know anything about metaphysical poetry ... although I sometimes believe my poetry borders on the realm of the unknown, the spiritual frontier.
I got the feeling you could read someone's heart or Spirit with your eyes closed.
If one were to bring light into another's Spirit, it could be shocking. I love the thought of being able to read another's Spirit.
I found this poem fascinating. It was like you threw Spiritual colors at the wind and made art.
Beauty does linger near emptiness ... as clouds linger near the Earth. We are energy and we connect in our colors and our light.
I am speaking of a subject I know 'nothing' of ... but it does fascinate me ... and I am a firm believer that God wants us to realize each other in God's Spirit.
Let me know the answer to this spiritual puzzle ... is it designed to intrique or do I just have an over active imagination?
We do bloom, especially after death ... Heaven's fragrance divine.
Love,
Kathy

Putting the Puzzle Together
Kathy,
What a delight it is to hear from you once more. I never have given people much to go off of with my words, they really are valuable and private to me. It has come to me that I need to share even more with the audience. What's the point of writing constantly if no one can pick up on what Im writing about?
You, however, always have such an interesting way of decoding my words. The most valuable gift is the one that you give by taking the time to think deeply on my writing.
You are a treasure. Your spirit is wonderful.
Thank you for your courteous love of others.

Decoding, Love's Worth
BritishKid16,
I am a 'former' teacher ... decoding is in my blood.
I love the mysterious and I love the curious.
Love is the answer to all questions, so it comes to me freely.
As for you ... you are a marvel! Keep writing!
Or as Luntha in the musical "The King and I" said, "Death is not worse pain than an empty life".
We must live our dreams through each other. Catch!
