The stars,
how long have they watched us?
Looking down upon us,
with their infinite gaze.
How many lives have passed before them,
as if unnoticed?
Civilizations,God like,rising,
only to destroy themselves
beneath their swirling presence.

The truths they must have witnessed!
These,who even in death,
out live the entire existance of man!
The secrets held tight,
against the silence of their burning hearts!

But listen!
How their silence breaks,
against distant mountain sides!
Millions of luminous voices,
whispering into the clarity of night!
