Summer Sky

There is nothing quite so perfect
As a Arizona summer sky.
In the morning,
When the air is cool and clean.
From mountain to mountain
It's a bold clear blue,
And no cloud can be seen.

Dance Upon The Wind

If you cross Winslow Creek
And circle back around,
You'd find a big ol' ranch house
Made from timbers, rock and sweat
Once, while I was feedin' the cattle
I saw a wondrous sight,

Cowboy's First Love

(ok y'all... when you read this one you have to read it with a big old TWANG in your voice..lol)

Lord that gal was the purtiest thing
My eyes'd ever seen.

The Colt

I was out riding on the sagebrush range,
When I saw something that struck me as strange.
An orphaned foal was fighting death,
And seemed to be nearing his last breath.

Desert Night

More than myth or dream
Beauty intense and on fire
Unless you have felt and seen
Love’s magic in the air
On a starlit desert night
Glittering stars hang in the night sky

The Song of the Canyon Eagle

I stand within
the canyon walls,
Early in the day
The coyote and the desert fox keep me company.
The Eagle soars above the canyon
As the morning spreads her
warmth and light.

Freedom Flight

Sometimes, it's the Wind,
Something about clouds
Swirling around.
Sometimes its the wheat fields
as they dance in the light.
Or in the sounds of the leaves

I Am The Eagle

In my life,
soaring high above.
Majestic, graceful;
free from earthly ties.
My presence...
shadows and altering reality.
All who see me,
focus upon my flight.

Enchantments of a Breeze..

In the nights she haunts me, these visions in my head...
Hearing her call to me from somewhere in the mist..
Even though I try to shake the thoughts of her..

A Vision Of Her

In a stillness of the night,
A silvery moon
Glistening beams of light
Shining in the beauty
Of her smile.
An aroma of her beauty lingers for an
Indefinite amount of time

Gentle Wind Of Love

I hear them whisper your name,
those gentle winds that blow.
I know that you are close,
the winds just told me so.
The direction from where it blew,
I am not sure I know.

Littlest Wrangler

He wears his chaps
And cowboy hat with attitude and style
He dreams of bull riders and ropers
And this tough little man isn’t even 3!
He ties his own bull rope
And pulls up the slack

Western Sky Freedom

Living the life of a rodeo man
Movin’ from town to town
Scraping up money for every ride
Hitchhiking on the highway
He’s someone's son or brother
Who wants to wear the gold

The Stranger

He came from out of know where
Ridin’ in the heat of the day.
The man Kept riding
Until he got to my barn.
Neither the horse or he,
Would drink from the well.

Cattle Day Relic

It was stiff as a board,
But when I was huntin' strays
I carried it tied to the back of my saddle
All ready for winter storms or rain
And it was my salvation when I was on
