The Dentist bill
Enough to make you go walk around
With toothpaste under your tongue
A toothbrush dangling from your mouth
As you walk around from town to town
Floss those gems with your most delicate thong
Now the snakes and moths live in your mouth no more
Because the dentist operated
On that one tooth in the back
Nobody really sees and you don’t really need
‘Cause you’ve got the same one on the other side
But the dentist worked on it for a while
Approximately and hour and a half
Of the most artful and specialized dentistry
Enough to make you go pull all your teeth
And suck on milk dipped bread
As you think of all the ways your time could have been
Better spent, instead of in a black sterile chair
In the dentist’s bed, with his hands
Instead of in your oral rooty canal
Round some other place that’s been rotting for a while

~Unique~
Ariel Child,
I have opened up your poetry. It is very unique and distinctive. You have a great mind for words. You are like a Picasso, your art form is very modern. I like it, I really like it!
Warm regards,
Kathy Paysen
Thank you!
So very much, I really have no words now haha, because that is major and it is warmly received! Thank you also for taking your time to read my writing, i appreciate that more than anything :-) <3 A.C.
Agree.
I second that. I love your style. It's inspiring.
I have only been writing for a few months and have a lot to learn. Your poetry will help.
Thank you!
