Blondie

My mind a moonlit crater
In my mouth pearls instead of teeth
My eyes full of want
Mosaiques of white and green

They beam into you to tell you
What love should really be
And that I love your infectuous smile
You vile contemptuous creep

And my tongue a robe of silk
Draped in shallow form around your –
Money that rolls and counts
And changes hands in big amounts

So fella won´t you force your eyes to see
Above the plastic and the free
While I put my hands in my pockets
And take a walk with thee
