Unit 11 Day 5

LORD,

My soul was barren for over ten years.

Yet you did not throw me away. I was not pruned off your branch,

So yet I thank you for your faithfulness. For alone I would have perished, but in you I have hope.

Soon I will fast and I will pray. Then I will listen to my brethren as you speak to their souls. I will await you confirmation when your timing is right.

For your commands are just and right.

LORD, forgive the transgressions of this flesh. Teach me how to battle the moments between sleep and wakefulness. That the enemy may not rob me of your gifts or bring sin into my life.

I rejoice in your mercy and know that we will not be separated.
