Unit 6 Day 5

LORD,

There is a body that is here in this branch.

Jesus is its head and the summit of its spiritual authority on Earth and in Heaven.

So let my savior and priest on high look down and show me where to shine.

For I have seen where he wants me to go. Yet have I to find the very place I fit among my brethren.

O’ now I am pulled here and led there. So I will await an answer from the voice, the voice of creation.

I open the ear of my heart to his Spirit of Counsel.

In order for me to meet my mission, much change in me is needed.

So Father direct me; Teach me through these people.

For I know I was drawn back here for a reason. Before I may depart. Before my love is strong enough.

If it is that I should speak? Be my words where I am weak.

If it is that I should sing? Raise my voice to heaven.

If it is that I should serve? Elect me to a post.

If it is that I should teach? Let students come that I can reach.

If it is that I should see? Through vision gift me with things to warn.

If it is that I should hear? Let me only hear the truth of all things.

If it is that I should heal? Let it be they seeking you and the faith of your touch.

If it is that I am only here to observe, serve and shine my example? Then so humble me O’ LORD
