stop the machine i wanna get off

theirs no changing without changing within
we gotta make them see no one can win
we gotta make them feel the pains that they cause
polluting our mind for there joys
to them our lives are games & were the toys

no one lives forever
no one man can make change
its now time to speak up
its now time to stand unafraid
cause

we the people can win
once we stop this machine were in
once we stop the fear they spread
we,ll dance dance to the beat
the beat of the dead
we,ll stand upon the mount
words of freedom will ringout

Good Vent

This is probably your best (atleast in its poetic form) so far. A easy read, easily digested, and short enough to reread to collect any dangling thoughts. There were alot of good messages within this.
"theirs no changing without changing within" very true we can't expect the world to change if we are unwilling to change ourselves.
"no one man can make change" also incrediably true makes me think of Obama lol.
"we the people can win
once we stop this machine were in"
This part made me think, the machine could be a few things. Great line. All in all this was a good read, constructive vent, I hope you make more of these.
Side note: All showmember (espically the vetran ones) find it difficult to read all poems when new people post excessive amounts a day. Althought I am intrested in reading more. If you could cut back to three a day, that would make it more possible :) It would also encourage others to take the time to view the 2 or 3 you post a day.
"Were it not for shadows, we would learn to hate the light."

Thanx

thank you for your constructive words there duly noted & greatly appreciated
i started writing this stuff when i broke my leg it just poured out &
i know it needs a hell of a lotta work i still refrain from calling them poems
it makes me cringe
i guess there misplaced lyrics rantings of a madman or anger management perhaps
hehehe
thanx for the heads up on the posting thing!!!
