My Angel Eve

Dear beautiful lady that is now in my midst,
Can you understand the pain I have suffered
In my time the love that I have often missed.

I have grown old and weary not really knowing
The experience of the joy of a loving woman
Can you really understand this or comprehend?

Good is the nature upon us all
Being created until we run into issues
That dampen our spirits and then degrade us,

So I ran and hid beneath the bright sun a broken heart,
At the bottom of my demise I was unable to comprehend
That life for me would end because of a shattered heart.

So I prayed for love to God in ways that would relieve me
Of my pain, so an angel has been sent my way.
What I am surprised of how the angel found me!

Taking away my pain with I simple kiss she placed upon my lips
And she demanded that I stand and stay.
Her love for me has open doors I never could open.

Crystallize ideas and plans that I had abandoned,
And she smiles at me with a wisdom
As if she has been waiting for me all of her life.

She imparted words that made my soul resonate,
You have the will to demand the universe to give you
What you want but do you realize whom it is that you have?

In my sleep I contemplated my journey as being something…
That is beyond destiny and a force that gives way,
Simply because there she stands, and her only concern…

Is that I don’t vacate her love for nothing or no one,
I am hers to the very end.
She implies your loving makes my cup run over…

I am full of the essence of you being inside of me,
If adversity come you must make a stand and a promise…
That you will be with me for God has selected you to be my only man!

For whatever pain you have been through or seen
Was made possible so that you know how to be here with me,
Again she stands and looks at me with a gaze that constantly states…

Do you know what you have?
Slowly her loving has my soul and heart mending together…
And I now stand as a fortified man that realizes that…

This angel of love has taken my heart over,
To leave her side will be a mistake I will pay with my life,
For God has prepared her for me in ways of a loving sacrifice.

She stands as a force to compliment me in ways to achieve
The crown I have desired to have so much,
Giving me hope in my despair and has enlighten me!

With unconditional love but with a question in mind
She still ask, do you know what you have?
And my heart has this reply!

You are the one that has my destiny and love,
The ability to make my life complete with just a glance…
For God made you a woman especially to make me as one.

A gift for others to be exposed to real love,
The way that He has planned so you are my lover,
My woman, my best friend, my vision, my ambition.

Adam was a fallen man but his favor was restored from woman,
She gave him a son and a plan that carried God’s destiny…
Without her Adam would have perished heart broken in the land.

So without further delay I must answer you today…
And pray that I am not wrong for whom you really are,
For scriptures say when a man finds a woman he finds a good thing.

You are the one that scriptures of old talked about greatly,
The angel that comes to complete man taken from his flesh…
And his pain you are the angel that God named Eve.
