love hurts
He made her feel like dirt.

She still smilled in the halls.
but he kept rejecting her calls

She loved him still
Her heart he could fill.

His friends played an evil trick
just to see her tick

They told her he was in love
She flew like a dove.

Sadly it was all a ploy
they played her emotions like a toy.

She was finally over the edge
She knew it could not be true.

I thought they said he loved her
But deep inside she knew.

Eventually she snapped

Took a knife.

Slit her wrists.

Held it high for all to see.

She fell to her knee's.

Her screams full of blood
She landed with a quite thud.

A single note was left, it read
"I've cut my wrists
it could have ended in a kiss.
Now watch the blood flow
it could have been more"

A knock came from the door
He rushed to the floor

He held her dying in his arms
Blood all over his palms

He came to say
I love you too!
